Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings
We have constructed over 150 pre-engineered steel buildings in Houston and its surrounding counties. All of our buildings are ordered with expandable end walls, and can be offered as single or multi-story office complexes with or without attached warehouse space. Our fifteen (15) year relationship with the manufacturer allows us to offer a significant savings to our customers, along with the most comprehensive warranty in the industry.
Tilt Wall Construction
We have extensive experience utilizing two methods for our Tilt Wall Construction. The first method is Hybrid Construction, which uses a metal building frame with a non-structural Tilt Wall façade. This is the most cost effective option. The second method is our Structural Tilt Wall System, which uses the Tilt Wall panels as the structure for the roof. This options offers the benefit of more wall space without the necessity of support columns. We will gladly recommend the one best suited to your project needs.
Land Development
We have developed and built over 500 acres of industrial business parks in and around the greater Houston area. With our many years of experience, we can handle every aspect of design and construction including land selection, permitting, and tax abatements for your site.
